This knife is bad a**. I actually expected a smaller knife, but this is a full size with a tight clip for the boot. The edge is sharp and the handle has a good grip and feel. You won't be sorry if you get this.Would you recommend this to a friend? Yes

WOW - I absolutely love this blade! I will get another one - maybe more! For the price, it is great and half the price of Cold Steel Tiger. Nice thick blade and mine was very sharp. The sheath works well, but a little strange angle for a quick draw and it all depends on how you want to hold it and in which hand. I would like a sheath that sits horizontal on a belt so I could draw reverse grip down toward the ground to get it out - just me. I have a few Karambits and working on the reviews. I love them all, but this one is a monster. I would absolutely love it if it was a double edge for slashing in both directions - the little Gil Hibben claw has a double edge and will review that next. The point on the end is serious and could do a lot of damage and bet it would work for window/glass punch. Absolutely recommend this - not sure about the black one with the shoulder harness - the harness itself that is, not the blade. I do see many people know how to make Kydex sheaths so looking into that. Found one for all the budget tomahawks. Train hard!!

Awesome knife, extremely sharp straight from the box. cuts well, feels great. sharpening is odd, but made easier if you have a sharpener similar to http://kennesawcutlery.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=159374 . I have just recieved this knife, and am thoroughly glad i ordered it, its well worth the little extra cash. Seems to keep a sharp edge, and grip is more than solid. thank you united cutlery for this awesome product.Would you recommend this to a friend? Yes

I have had this knife for a few months now, and after cutting some bottles and things of that sort its has become very dull. If the tip isn't sharps i cant cut a thing, and the blade isn't easy to sharpen even when you get used to it. Don't get me wrong a awesome knife but a pain to sharpen.

THIS IS THE COOLEST KNIFE I HAVE. i wish it would've came sharper but it still cuts through anything. Its also a lot bigger than i thought which is good but its a little awkward on my index finger when held upright. I couldn't decide between this or the black but i can tell i like this one better. And to Tonyc I am right handed and can easily draw it in a reverse grip just grab with the palm of your hand facing towards you and lip your index finger into the hole.

Really love this knife! The quality of the knife is even better than I expected. It came very sharp right out of the box. The quality of the sheath is actually very good, but the belt clip is on the wrong side! The Karambit is made to be primarily held in a reverse grip. So unless you're a Lefty, you cannot draw the blade with a reverse grip. All in all a very good knife for the price and the thing just looks bad a**.Editor's Note: Thank you for your comments.
