Features double milled sawteeth for cutting and a flat end for prying. The quarter inch thick, 10" blade is constructed of epoxy powder-coated, carbon steel. Comfortable handle made of soft Kraton polymer. Lanyard included. Durable, side loading sheath constructed of Cordura nylon and leather wrap for extra strength included. Sheath features leather strap with swivel ring for attaching to belt and tie down cord for strapping bottom of sheath to leg. Made in the U.S.A. 15 1/8" overall

This is one massive blade that is a good digger as well as chopper. Nice sheath too! I deducted 1 star for the fake sawblade on the spine. It is only good enough for making small notches.Would you recommend this to a friend? Yes

"this isnt your normal machete! this thing is a 1/4 thick and will take abuse. very sharp out the box but also sharpens easily as well. Its one of my favortie choppers.The sheath is great no complaints. high quality stuff for a great price."""
