Overall a good buy.The multi position sheath allows you a few options on how to carry the knife. It is easily concealed and very light on your belt and comfortable to wear. The blade and point are sharp and ready to go out the box. The only down side is that with it being a small piece it does favour a smaller hand. However with a bit of practice and bearing in mind if it was ever necessary to bring this blade into play in a real life situation, your fingers will very quickly find a way to wield the Kerambit.Would you recommend this to a friend? Yes

Don't let my rating fool you: the knife is of good quality, worth every penny. The only issue I have is that it's awkward to wield. I'm no master, but I was trained in edged weapon combat in the Army. I have large hands and the finger ring had to go around my middle finger so that I wouldn't slice my pinky off. Maybe that's just my fault; it is clearly pictured with only three finger slots. I ended up giving this mini-karambit to a friend who has tiny hands. It's very sharp and easy to conceal. Drawing it can be complicated as it's too easy to cut your pinky finger. As cool as this little knife is, I'd rather go with a full sized karambit.

I bought both the Black and sliver Kerambit, They are great because they are very sharp, small enough to wear hidden under your clothes as a every day protection. You might even forget you are wearing it. I might just buy a few more for gifts. Money well spent.

This little terror is worth 3x the amount BudK is charging. I have been a Karambit/Karambit aficionado for the past 6 years or so, and I have many, many, MANY versions. This specific Karambit is PERFECT for every-day-carry - it is SMALL. This might be a turn-off for most people, but I have been looking for a karambit with a VERY small blade, because it is easier to conceal, and when used in a self-defense situation, it is LETHAL due to how much damage you can do when your assailant thinks they are only being "punched". Make no mistakes about it, this particular karambit is not meant for stabbing, it is meant for slashing. It's small, so it takes some getting used to with the new placement of your fingers, but it is totally adaptable with a very small learning curve. PLUS, the finger hole is PERFECT for me. I wear a size 13 ring, and this fits 100% perfectly on me. The other United Cutlery Undercover Karambit, with 2 finger holes, was SLIGHTLY tight.
