my size is 7 1/4 and this is too big. but otherwise, this is a fantastic hat. we also got the Cavalry pin and it sets it off nicely.

This hat is not only great looking, the quality is excellent. The "one size fits all" works for me. I don't think you could find a hat of this quality for this price....a real bargain.

I just got this hat as a gag christmas gift since I am a fan of Robert Duvall in the movie Apocalypse Now. I think the hat is a great gift to any movie or history buff and is extremely comfortable to wear, especially for being $30 worth of hat!

I bought this hat so I could do one thing, as I do not own a horse, and that one thing is: walk up to someone in this hat, shirtless, and wearing Camo cargo pants, and combat boots and say "I love the smell of napalm in the morning" This hat is a must for movie and military enthusiasts.

This is a great hat. I ordered it a while ago but I'm just writing the review now. It's cool in the summer, warm in the winter, hard to get dirty and easy to get clean. The tassels are a bit annoying, as they go up and down, hitting the brim whenever moving rapidly, such as on a horse, but a great buy nonetheless.

I bought this for my son and if his head was bigger it would be perfect.

Its kind of like wearing a hard helmet.It must be like a hard plastic shell that is spray coated or something with a felt like material. Its not all that uncomfortable for being that really but not like a soft fitting cowboy hat neither. It looks nice.

I had been admiring this hat for some time now. I was leary of buying a hat without a size listed. The only thing worse than shoes that are too small is a hat that is too small. I watched the video and it says that the hat fits Large/Extra Large. In fact, the hat is marked in those sizes as well L/XL. I wear a 7 5/8 hat. This does not fit. The hat is 4 stars (no blemishes, stiff construction, good looks and style) the poor description makes it two stars.

I thought this has was real felt, but it's only plastic covered by a spray-on coating. It has the far away look; The farther away you are, the more realistic it looks. If you want a "real" felt hat, don't be fooled by this one as I was. I'm very disappointed. Anyone want mine? It's still in the plastic wrap.
