I bought this sword 6 to 8 months ago ive used it to clear brush and destroy other things let me tell ya ive used it on soft wood and hard wood small trees and sapplings stumps roots fence posts plywood full water jugs cardboard sheets of paper and a piece of steel rebar I didn't know was there till it was to late while chopping out roots.after all that the only damage is a small ding on the edge of the blade from the steel rebar hit along with a few scratches some of the green writing and black finsh coating wore off oh and handle wrapping came off 1st use which some other budk stuff does as well ive noticed lol not a big deal to me bc I understand makers have to cut cost some where to keep prices down on there products.as far as the sheath its pretty good imo for a nylon sheath not much loose thread or sloopy needle work/sewing work.as for the reviewer who said the blade is thin he/she must be blind or dumb.its decent thickness and great metal quality for what it is imo.lets see what more needs to said before I go.oh what I know BUY IT NOW before it sells out at this price great sword great quality great price imo.take it from someone whos bought some hit and miss items this 1s a HUGE HIT you wont be disappointed once you put this beast into action.hope this helps some ppl out outthere be safe and have fun destroying some stuff with w/e youre using later all and good luck in life.
its a great sword for intermediate sword fighter. it has most of the weight to it in the front side so it will put a small strain on your hand holding, but other than that all around a great sword to add to a collection.
This is not a sword. THIS IS A MACHETE! extremely thin steel, (of which I have no idea what kind of stainless steel it is) though it does come relatively sharp. The Blade is not really full tang, Once you take off the already loose cord wrap and soft wooden filler scales ( which are literally taped onto the handle) you will see that the blade has been spot welded to a separate handle piece of steel. why they did not make it full tang the world may never know. The only reason it gets more than one star is because it was actually sharp, and it was extremely cheap. would not recommend as a weapon to kill a zombie.
This scimiter is excellent quality especially for the price. It looks amazing and handles great. I have it hanging off my sword rack among all my other swords and it is one of the first ones that catches your eye.
HERE IS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE. YOU, ORANGUTANS, CAN USE IT TO CHASE ZOMBIES, CUT DOWN SMALL FORESTS OR DESTROY WOODEN BUILDINGS. ME,I'M GONNA DISPLAY IT ON MY WALL BECAUSE IT'S BEAUTIFUL, GOOD TO THE TOUCH AND HAS THAT WONDERFUL SCIMITAR BLADE WITH THE CLIPPED TIP. YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE??THE PRICE IS RIGHT!!
