Like the built in sharipner!!
Very good fillet knife. Sharp, light weight, and the sharpener built into the scabbard is very handy when cleaning several fish at once. Very good value. I have two.
This knife is one of several I recently purchased to butcher two deer with. I'm a novice hunter and butcher, and only received a one time tutorial from life long hunters on how to butcher deer. I butchered over 300 pounds of deer and found the task to be tiring, but I found of all the knives I bought, I used this one the most, because it made the cutting easier, even for a novice like me. I was able to remove silver skin and fat with it the best and separate connective tissue accurately and with ease. The sheath was nice to have, especially when the job was done and I needed to safely store the knive, also it includes a built in sharpener and belt loop. The blade was flexible and retained a sharp edge longer than the other knives. I found it to be the best value buy of the 5 knives I bought for the job.
