M48 OPS Tactical Waist Sling Bag - Messenger - Black

I have a bug out bag which is bursting all over, with the gear I have in it. I didn’t need to carry two backpacks. When I saw this I realized my problem is solved. I’m easily able to split the gear and finally have room for the important item - food. This is perfect and thanks BudK!

I bought this bag for my edc almost 2 years ago. The things I have had in this bag and the places it has been have made it the best thing in each bags I have had. I highly recommend this one to anyone and everyone that might be looking to build or upgrade in edc bags

I just received my new bag and I was hoping for something not to big or small. It can be a perfect maintenance tool kit for those of us who work in building maintenance. It can be a great little bag to hold your wallet, other EDC essentials and a near perfect bug out bag for emergencies, hikes and other activities you might enjoy. For me this is a good priced EDC carrier for my wallet, knives, other tools. Consider this bag and check the prices of other brands you might just choose this bag over others.

Okay, I have overloaded mine, but big deal. Slip it off and take a 5 minute break to give your shoulder a bit of a rest. I have a Schrade knife attached to the shoulder strap/pad, a fire kit, a roll of bootie wipe, a folding saw, a folder knife and sharpener, a cheap multitool, a Gerber hand axe, 50' of light rope, a 50' ridge line (thank you Corporals Corner on YouTube) for my 5x7 tarp and survival blanket, a pair of light work gloves, a beanie hat, 2 flashlights, 2 Thyrm CellVault Battery Storage, 4 aluminum tent pegs, 8 extra paracord loops for the tarp, 3 MRE outer pouches for collecting water or other stuff, 2 32oz Nalgene bottles, a titanium cup w/ lid, an extra molle pouch for 1 of the bottles, a heavy 6" ferocium rod w/ striker, a mylar blanket, a compass, a bic lighter, a 10x lens for fire making, a whistle, a small first aid kit (bandaids, couple gauze pads, alcohol wipes, a few Advil and Benadryl, tube of antibiotic ointment) and my main compartment is 100% free for food. The only other thing I could possibly want to add is a wool blanket but as a separate carry item. Totally set up for a day hike and an, oh crap that just happened, night in the woods. I totally recommend this awesome little bag. It has held up to this last summers trips and shows no signs of seams coming loose or wear. Just lots of dust and a few fir needles after I emptied it for the pics. Read a bit more careful people. It does not have a holster in it. It "provides a holster feature". Meaning you could put a compact pistol and holster in it. Hmm, phone won't transfer the pics. Anyways, I do have all the goodies I mentioned in and on this pack. I love this pack.

This sling is perfect for carrying all my gear, I was able to fit and organize my edc gear in a less cumbersome manner for when I go on long hikes, you won't be disappointed!

This sling pack is perfect for your extended FAK, CC and other everyday on-the-go essentials that won't fit in your pocket. Cleaning kit, fire kit, multitool, solar backup battery, monocular, etc, etc. I can now take all the things I previously had to leave behind or carry in a Get Home Bag that was much less inconspicuous and cumbersome, not to mention impossible to conceal. This bag is the perfect traveling companion and I don't plan on being without it anytime soon. bottom line: BUY ONE!!!

Very impressed with this well made and just the right size everyday grip & go bag! Plenty room for those EDC essentials or used for a packed & ready throw behind the seat quick BOB! Have had several buddies say "What A Cool Pack"...so with those compliments, I will be getting a couple or so to give as gifts! Other than that, all I can say is buy one...you won't be disappointed!

Ok this bag is the f###ing best bag ever not to big and not to small and not a dam fanny pack for God’s sake ..... if you are looking for a bag to jam out with this is the one to put all kinds of stuff for hiking ,fair , picnic , city walking , work ....... you name it . it has a pocket for everything you can think of putting in it . And I can’t believe how built it is very well stitched it is . 5 stars . if I could I would put 10 stars . really ... This pack holds my multiple ways of fire starting kit. an alcohol stove with extra fuel. titanium cook set and various other items. I liked the first one so much I ordered another for my wife

I purchased one of these bags about 6months ago... I must say it has plenty if pockets... The main compartment is fairly big and can hold lots of supplies, depending on how and what you pack in it plus there are 2 more pockets on either of the inside of the large compartment... I use it for a mylar blanket, a pocket sized tubular tent, an area map, my Silva Ranger Compass, small notebook with a pencil, pencil sharpener, power pack to recharge my phone if needed, life-straw, aqua-tabs, water-proof matches, small lighter torch, a ferror rod, small multi-knife sharpener, a flashlight, plus a few protein bars. That was just the large compartment with the 2 inner pockets... The front zippered compartment is where I put my IFAK... The side zippered pocket is where I keep my wallet, money and Keys very secure... The ammo pocket is for Ammo clip, the mesh packet on the other side will carry a liter water bottle, on the front there is a piece velcroed this should be removed and placed in the Rear Zippered pocket to secure your pistol in to keep it from moving around and when can easily extract it for use... Plus there are many places to attach extra gear to the webbing such as a knife, a tactical ink pen, you can secure a multi tool as well ... No I personally put an American Flag Patch velcroed to the place that I removed the holster for my pistol.... I love this bag I can carry whatever I need for whatever mission I may be on that day whether I'm going hunting or on a hike or just in case when I go for a ride on my bike... This pack fits over my shoulder and can be adjusted tighter so it doesn't move around or I can loosen it up... Either this is one Awesome Big, Little Pack and I would definitely recommend this to my family, friends and fellow Prepper's and Survivalist.... For the Money this M48 Tactical Waist Sling Messenger Bag is a STEAL!!

I have been pleased with my initial study of the product. Could not seem to figure out where you conceal your gun. I have packed it away for upcoming relocation to US Virgin Islands.

I bought this as a gift for my son-in-law and he put it to use right away he said it works great and very convenient. 5 stars and two thumbs up. Great product for the price can't be beat

What a versatile, easy to carry, gear bag. Large water resistant inner compartment fits my iPad perfectly. A place for everything. The large Velcro patch strap? This has worked out great to strap my 3D Mag Flashlight, attach small strap around flashlight then stick the large pad to pack. The flashlight can be pointed ahead while carrying, I like this better than headlamp. Cool bag!

I love this bag. I'm amazed at all the room. I have everything in it. No clue about what the big velcro strip is for. Any ideas?

I use this bag to carry rifle magazines with me when I go target shooting in the woods. What makes the M48 Ops sling bag different and better than most other bags is the way it hugs my body when walking through the woods. The shape and placement of the shoulder strap keeps the bag from swinging out and back into me when hiking through rough terrain. Very sturdy construction and comfortable to wear on day hikes.

I recently purchased this product, and after searching for a few days, I still haven't found that darn built in holster??

I'm a small game hunter and my hunting weapon of choice is the slingshot so read on and I will give my review. I ordered the green version of this M48 Tactical Waist Bag Back Pack recently. I took a chance on it while it was on sale and I must say that I was not let down. It is a great bag which for being smaller can carry as much as "essentials" as a standard sized back pack, the thing with packing essentials for either a day hunt a hike is understanding how to negotiate the space in your bag. I bought the green version of this waist/shoulder pack to be a larger back up to an old Mp3 Gas Mask bag (Polish Military issue) I picked up at a surplus last year. That old bag has been my go to hunting bag and it can carry 4.2 liters and it is a workhorse but it is made of canvas and highly susceptible to an even light rain and needs to be protected inside a plastic bag in rainy weather. But this M48 Gear Tactical Waist/back pack is water resistant and the main compartment still carries slightly over 2 liters (perfect for a thermos or a aluminum trail blazer cup) and the bonus is that it has other pockets that make up for the lack of more space in the main pocket. A good sized pocket is at the backside which you can fill with instant coffee and or dehydrated (instant meals) like sopa packets, or even ramen if you like that stuff. It has many other pockets which I will be able to load with my hunting essentials from the ammo to my back up slingshot and the tools needed for the hunt i.e. game bags, plastic gloves for dressing game, a knife a fire kit and even a stove set for a quick cup of coffee or a soup. If I needed more space I could attach additional bags to the webbing on the outside of this M48 Gear Tactical Waist/back pack. There is even a place on the side of the bag to place a 1 liter water bottle. This bag is great and it is only limited to the creativity of the user and for all its zippers they are attached with a cord thus making the pack tactically quiet which is a plus for a hunter. Whether you are a bow hunter or an Air gun hunter or like me a slingshot hunter this is the bag for you. You wont be disappointed!
