The Black OTF Karambit Knife is a fully automatic, double action pocket knife that comes standard with metal alloy handles with a carbon fiber inlay. The construction of the knife makes for a precision fit and finish not only on the exterior of the knife but also on the inside operating components, as well. The metal alloy is strong, lightweight and luxurious in appearance and feel. The OTF karambit is ergonomically designed to be comfortable in both reverse and forward grip applications, becoming an extension of the operator. Its purpose-built chassis has curves in all the right places. The end of the knife is home to the infamous retention ring, which allows for not only weapon retention under duress but also for advanced flailing and spinning techniques. When the karambit is closed and the blade has not been deployed, it can be used as a less lethal or pain compliance tool. "I love how the knife feels in my hand. It has a good weight to it as well. The only thing that annoys me for the price of this knife. Is that only after a few days of having the knife that paint is already coming off the handle. Overall a good blade just shouldn't have paint chipping off so quick after getting it."

"Very good knife Would like to see a model of similar handle size/configuration; but with about another 1/2-1 inch of blade. Very efficient,well made and fitted. Set up naturally for a reverse grip deployment and with a left handed clip arrangement-I am right handed and would LIKE to see other clip options but I admit that this works out well for carry and I am essentially ambidextrous with a knife. Lock, double action opening and retraction is positive and works well with either. Again-consider a slightly longer blade."
