"Passed the bend test, and hard wood chop test, not to sharp can be easily addressed. The shoulder strap is horrible, the case is amazing, the leather wrapped handle is ok would prefer a solid heavy apple, cherry or black walnut wood handle with thick brass pins. The butt end was not finished to smooth so I have sharp edges at the bottom of my handle and some steel burrs out of the lanyard strap hole. Other than that it is an amazing piece, you can't beat it for the price I say 4 out of 5 stars, if given a good wood handle, and clean up the pommel end and give sheath a belt strap then 5 stars easy."
