Great for practice

I was surprised with how fast it arrived and after getting it out of the box I was glad to see it wasn’t damaged at all. I’m very with this.

Decent item, but needed modification before use

The length and weight are good, and a slight flex to the blade helps durability. However it has a sharp tip so I needed to round that off, and the sides of the blade come to an edge, requiring me to round them off as well to prevent them from getting chewed up in practice. The guard has a good look, but I would have preferred a thicker one as this is to be an item that will take a lot of abuse, and the material is of a slightly softer quality than other manufactures. The flex and softer material, while reducing bounce and possible chipping, also means I expect this item to show more damage than a rigid item as its use continues.
