Blade does not deploy properly

"I ordered one and the blade failed to completely open 7 times out of twenty. NOT what one wants in this sort of knife. Kennesaw was good about replacing the knife but the replacement had the same issue. Kennesaw is again being very good about the return. But I'll be asking for a replacement of equal value and type."
