"This is my first Shinwa sword. I was aprehensive about Shinwa, but I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised. The blade is not as sharp as my higher end swords, but sharp enough. The fittings and tsuka cord are very tight. The damascus steel is solid and not pitted. The saya quality is fantastic with a great lacquer finish. Great price for a nice quality sword. I will be getting more Shinwa's."
