The Timber Rattler Jungle Fury Bowie is made to take on heavy-duty cutting with confidence. Its 10 1/2" stainless steel blade features a deep cut-out fuller that lightens the weight without compromising strength. Full-tang construction reinforces the build, while the broad blade profile is ready to take on thick vegetation, rope, and other demanding materials. The polished hardwood handle offers a secure, comfortable grip and is complemented by a brass-plated guard and pommel for added structure and traditional style. At 15 1/2" overall, this bowie has the size and substance to make an impression. A brown genuine leather sheath with a snap closure is included for reliable storage and carry—whether you’re using it or displaying it, this blade makes a statement.

Fair price.

"For a 10 doller knife its a good buy, the blade was really dull but it will buff out. The sheath is pretty cheap. Foam and cheap leather. Normally you get what you pay for but overall I would be willing to spend a touch more on this knife."

What a knife!

"Just got mine in the mail last week. Good crafted stainless blade, sturdy comfortable handle, exceptional quality leather sheath. I cannot believe it was only 10 bucks! However...you must put an edge on the blade..."

Wow! Big!

"I was surprised how big this one is. It's fairly well made, nice looking and stout, but had a bit of a gap between the blade and handle. Sheath is OK, too, but the edges are just foam."

Richard S. (4/5)

Better than I thought

"I reviewed this right after I got it and was irritated because the brass plating was flaking off. I took a little Brasso to it and discovered it was just some glue from the handles. That and the thick, meaty sheath have raised my valuation of this deal tremendously. For ten bucks it's one of the greatest bargains out there."

O.K. knife

"This knife has a good blade that's longer then it looks in the pics, its handle is big and fat but seems hollow on the inside. it has a bit of round metal that shows from the hilt that is probably attached to the blade but not for sure since I haven't taken it apart, I wish this knife had a good tang to it. The things I don't like about it is that the brass has corrosion/stain but that would probably come off with some work and the sheath is to small for the knife to the point that the knife is cutting it. the sheath also stinks and has some gunk on it. But if I was looking for a good solid bowie I would go with the western outlaw, I have had it for a few years and love it."

You Get What You Pay For

"I read the reviews on this knife before I bought it, so I wasn't expecting much more than a big honkin' blade for a very low price, and that's exactly what I got. I don't understand why they used a brass-plated guard. It came out of the box already peeling off brass flakes. They coukd have used stainless steel as easily, or brass, and it would have looked great. Instead it looks like it came from a dollar store. Minor design change would make a big difference."

Mark P. (3/5)

Sturdy, yet needs work

"Although the blade is well designed and handle feels great in my hand, there is one major problem. The blade is very dull. I originally tested the sharpness with paper which only bent the paper, then I tried it on a foam-rubber type of material which it didn't make a mark on. Lastly, I ran the blade across my hand. Not a scratch. A Bowie is generally a slashing type of weapon so a sharp blade is a must. Do not buy this unless you have a means to sharpen it. I'm sure if it's sharpened, it would be a helluva knife."

"For 10 bucks you would be stupid not to buy this! Great design and comes pretty sharp nothing crazy but far from dull. Overall could be happier"
