Hell yes

"This thing is ridiculous, just for that reason you gotta buy this. Comes really sharp out the box and the fit and finish is really good considering the price. Come on.... for the price, it's a great buy."

NOW THAT'S A KNIFE

"This is the Second one I bought so that should say something right there ? Bought the first as part of a two knife Christmas present for my Brother We saw one of these Beasties at a Gun show and I could see his Eyes sort of Glaze over when he saw this knife !!! So I knew he'd like it and he did! While it is a Practical knife and appears well made with Quality materials and excellent fitment This is one of those Bragging rights kinda things and sort of a Novelty knife just from the sheer awesome size of the knife !!! it's like everyone on the outdoor rang has Ar-15's and you break out the 80BMG !!! overall very impressed with the knife GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE !!! And like I said earlier although Ginormously huge in comparison to your average folder IT IS STILL A PRACTICAL KNIFE , tool AND WEAPON Should you need to use it as such ? I'm betting if you have to pull this on someone who doesn't have a Gun or isn't Special Forces trained that they'll probably Crap their pants and run like hell in that particular order ! Like the laminated scales and if I had to pick nits I would only make two suggestions ? one is a lanyard hole would be nice and two altough this is Billed as a pocket knife Anyone smaller than Paul Bunyan would find this a little big for the pocket !!! So a pouch either Nylon leather or Kydex would make thia knife more a useable tool and less of a collectible oddity !! but to be fair it's like $12.99 so maybe they could offer a pouch /holster / scabard whichever most correctly applies to this knife as a accessory for a few extra bucks Just saying ! Also it's a lockback Fyi - yes would recommend to a friend"

Just Awesome!

"I just got the Timber Rattler Scarab Back Giant Folder today, and when I opened it up I was so amazed at how big it was. I've never in my life seen a pocket knife this size. I love the look of it and the overall appearance of it. I showed it to a few friends of mine and there mouths just dropped. The could not believe the size of it. Now they have plans of getting one as well. Overall, it's just an awesome looking knife and it's one of the best purchases I've made. I would recommend anyone to by this knife. Please go check it out. IT'S AWESOME!!!"

The Timber Rattler

"I bought many Timber Rattlers in the past and the reaction is always fun to watch when I give them as gifts. First I ask a friend if I could use his or her pocket knife and when they say they don't have one, I present the one and only Giant Pocket knife,The Timber Rattler. Everybody Loves this knife, and so do I!!!!!!!!!!!!"

King Pocket KnIfe

"At $13.00 a piece , i figured that i would order two . I mean , what the heck , what if it is a decent knife ? It is truely awesome . I feed about 30 cats a day inside and out and i use this knife to open the 18 pound bags . Just point this baby at the bag and the bag will beg and open like magic . I love this knife and will give one to my friend chad , who is welding a tray for my BBQue pit ! I really do love this knife . Paul Bunyun would be proud to have this in his pocket !"

Ed G. (5/5)

Kind of small

"I say small because I have another one I show first that's 3/4" longer, when people comment on it I say yeah it's a little big....this is my usual folder. I love the look on peoples faces when I flip the blade out. It looks big closed and would be a formidable club but when you open it up it's looks huge and it is. The quality is pretty good for a $12.99 knife and it came pretty sharp. I've already given one to a friend for Christmas and had to have one myself."

Fantastic but not perfect

"Another fantastic and inexpensive knife for my collection! I really enjoy buying these unusual knives at such a cheap price but cheap knives come with a lot of small defects. The blade is beautiful and it folds and opens smoothly. The wooden handle is sturdy but full of scratches on the one side. I found a tiny lump of hardened blue filler next to one of the stainless pins that pass the whole way through both handles and I thought it was to cover a hole in the wood. I got out a very small knife and began carving it down very slowly and discovered there wasn't a whole under it at all. Just a glob of hardened gunk I suppose they use somewhere in the manufacturing process since it is the same color as the wooden handle. This was a fantastic buy for the price! I always read the description of each item I'm interested in to determine what words are missing to cleverly hide faults. Then I read the reviews and check for any reviews on Youtube before I make a decision to buy something. I figure there is a reason why descriptions are vague. This was a good decision on my part! I recommend it! I may buy another one!"

Now this is a Knife

"Mine came in at 17 7/8" overall - blade marked "TR99 Surical Steel" & "Pakistan". Did the cut the notebook paper by the edge and it sliced right thru smoothly. All parts tight, fit and snug. The only minor thing is it takes me both thumbs to push the rear lock release in."
