I've been wanting this knife for a while now and finally bought one. When it arrived I was shocked at the massive size of the blade. Yeah there are a few scratches and imperfections, but come on for $26 + change you can't beat it. I will admit I'm trying to improve the edge. a great deal but overall I am very pleased.. This was my first purchase from BudK/ Kennesaw Cutlery and I will be back for other knives.

I'm sorry for those who did not receive their Western Outlaw sharp, but mine came yesterday and it was razor sharp! This is by far the best $20 i have ever spent on a knife! I own the El Paso Bowie also, and I love it, but this Outlaw is the king! Thanks Kennesaw.

This thing is awesome. Mine had one small black like flaw in the metal, but it does not matter once you pick this bad boy up! Once sharpened it will be coming on camping trips with me. Shoot....it even scares me!!

Great knife that is sharp right from the box. I would really recommend getting this bowie knife

This knife is massive. It's a very solid knife, the full tang blade is nice and thick, and once sharpened will hold a edge very well. The only thing that could of been better was the sheath, but it's not too bad. This knife is so big and solid that you can split wood and cut down smaller trees. Overall a great knife, especially for this amazing price.

This knife is versatile and powerful. But I found it's best use is in my kitchen. Slices through a roast to make steaks like it was butter. Quarters a whole chicken in seconds. A great tool for any chef. Sounds weird, but it's true.

I have read on some knife forums about Pakistan made knifes being unsafe etc. This one must be an exception cause I have used it for all kinds of tough stuff like batoning wood, chopping hardwood limbs off, cutting meat and it's held up very well! I have had mine going on 5 years now and it's worked very well! Nothing has come loose or broken! It's still nice and tight! I am not sure but I think the steel they were using changed some? Mine is made out of AUS-6 and I did a hardness test on the steel and a spark test and it appears to be just that rather than 420? Mine does not have soft steel and I sharpen knives and other things part-time for additional income and have many brand name knives and some custom knives. It came literally razor sharp in the box and I use a belt grinder to keep it that way, but it holds a nice edge for quite a while even after heavy use! Not bad for a $30 knife!

Are you serious...?,,,$20 for a massive, well designed heavy duty Bowie Knife...! I love this thing, it's old school tough and sharpens well. Handy,Very good design, comes with a superb all leather sheath and no silly coatings to rub off, so it needs oil, like a real knife.

Very good quality stainless blade is 1/4 inch thick. Solid brass guard and pommel. Came sharp. The leather sheath is a little thin, you might get a kit and make your own. I'm thinking of kydex. But the knife at $20 is such a deal I can easily do another sheath.

by far the biggest and thickest of all timber rattler bowie knives, i own about 16 different ones, the sunset bowie comes close in size but not in thickness... best timber rattler to date...

I bought two of these and they are a great knife for the price. Grant it they don't have the best fit and there are imperfections in the blade, handle and brass coated fittings, but for the price you can't really complain. The sheaths are serviceable enough and could be modified to last long than they would right out of the box. I would suggest making a new sheath yourself or have someone make one for you if you're going to be carrying this knife a lot. I still gave this knife 5 stars because it's a $20 knife with a decent useable blade that you can actually do a lot of work with.

I was completely amazed at this knife when it came in. It is that and everything else. Feels great and looks fantastic. Not too happy with the sheath,a thin leather outside and what seems like foam between the leather. Looks nice. The tip of the sheath was peeling back but wasnt anything to send the knife back for. I was very happy with this knife.

What a knife this Bowie is!!! Exceeded my expectations. Sharp straight out of the box. Leather sheath is exceptionally good. This knife and sheath are excellent. Knife is very heavy,so, when you swing it you have a lot of momentum behind it. What an awesome knife!!!

This is the toughest bowie I`ve ever owned. If you are no happy with this, then nothing will satisfy you. If you don`t carry this, you might as well carry a hatchet. This is more versatile though. Would and probably will buy more. Already purchased six. Kennesaw also carries some terrific Damascus knives.

I ordered one of these knifes hoping it would be made in the heritage of a man who helped to defend and protect folks in need,in a still untamed country. I was Happy to find that The Western Outlaw Bowie is everything I was looking for! I am confident the construction of this knife will hold up against anything I use it for. I would feel quite confident carrying this knife as back up on any adventure! I liked it so much I bought one for my Brother and a couple good friends!

I've been buying a lot of knives of this site lately and I can honestly say this thing is a BEAST! The blade is very thick and very sturdy. I tried finding a flaw here and there and to my shock, none. For the price of this you can't go wrong! If your wondering if it comes sharp...yes very! Any knife collector such as myself appreciate the value of a good product and you can't go wrong with this.

I don,t see how you could get a better value for the money. This knife is big, sharp and functional. I bought one for myself, and then two more for friends of mine. I glued a leather knife pouch on the front of the sheath and put a little survival kit in there, now I have the perfect field companion. Great knife, great price.

Got one of these monster for Christmas and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt it is beast. The leather sheathe isn't all that great but that doesn't stop this bad**s bowie from tearing through literally everything you put in it's way. Unfortunately hunting season passed by time I got it, but this beauty will definitely be going out with me every trip next year.

Best knife ever. I got mine a few years ago and it's still serving me well. I've used it to trim trees in the yard and to baton firewood and pound nails and it's great for all that but where it really shines is in the garden. The size and heft make it perfect for preparing soil to plant. You can just carve up the dirt and this thing goes right through all the roots like nothing. Way more useful than any hand shovel. I love the design. I wish they sold the exact same knife with solid brass appointments and top quality fit and finish. For the price though this thing is awesome.

From the moment you open the box and grip this huge bowie in your hand, you know you've got something special. The blade is simply amazing. Thick, full tang heavy stainless steel that could shred through game and bones. The grip is large and well made and feels powerful in your hand. The fit and finish of the pieces offer the quality of higher priced knives. Buy one and you will have a nice big bowie for life. 5 Stars.

An absolute animal of a blade. A few passes with a ceramic rod had this beauty so sharp it could take your hand at the wrist if your not careful. A steal for the money and a devastatingly functional piece of steel.

I couldn't believe how big this knife - wait a minute...is this a knife or a machete? A sword? It's enormous, whatever it is. And beautifully crafted. All the lines and angles on it are honed to perfection. The handle is smooth and comfortable to grip. It's sturdy and heavy and simply a joy to hold, with a beautiful brass handguard and curved pommel for a more secure grip. I can't say enough good things about this...er...knife. Had my initials engraved on it, too. Will leave it to my daughter when I die, and it'll be a family heirloom of sorts. Couldn't be happier with this purchase, and hands down the best $25 I ever spent on a knife. Would've happily spent $100 on the same blade.

got mine today. its HUGE! looks really good, fairly sharp out of the box but could use a good honing. overall as far as craftsmanship I give it a "B" as there are a few slight flaws, but then factor in the price and it goes back up to an "A". was surprised by the sheath, its really actually pretty nice, but im afraid the belt strap is weak, I will probably replace that with a heavier/wider one with 4 rivets. I wish it had leg cords on it though, prolly put some on it. overall, yes buy this, buy three. give them for gifts, if you want a big badazz knife and don't have a big badazz wallet, this is it

This Knife is a steal! The blade is EXTREMELY sharp. Very nice bowie. My only complaint is the weight. It's a monster. Great way to start your collection.

(5 out of 5)
This Knife was a great buy. Full tang was important in a knife this size. Good leather sheath. The retaining strap is in a bad place, though. As I am pulling the knife out of the sheath, the cutting edge of the knife drags across the strap. I am already seeing cuts on the strap. But that is the only downside to this beautiful knife. Brass bolster and pommel with brass pins holding a beautifully finished hardwood handle makes this knife look like it cost a lot more than it does. My wife suggested we put it on display, so I might have to buy another one!

After watching the video on this knife, I thought it was an awful lot of knife for less than $20...but being a bit skeptical, I ordered it anyway. It arrived today and let me tell you, this is quite a knife. Quality construction through and through, with a leather sheath that you'd pay more than $20 any where else. In anticipation of its arrival, I had all my sharpening supplies out on my work bench, but they weren't needed. This knife was razor sharp right out of the box. If you are looking to buy an indestructible Bowie knife, you can't go wrong with this one!!! Great product, great price and fast delivery adds up to a home run!!!!

Pleasantly surprised of the assembly of this knife. Also not made in Pakistan. Most of the Pakistan items I have come across are decent quality. They seem to be good craftsman and take pride in what they build. Very solid, handle, lines up nice and has no wobble. Wood finish looks good. The sheath is not bad at all. The blade is heavy and very thick. More of a small sword that will come out on top in a knife fight and chop wood when finished! Remember the croc man from down under, "that's not a knife this is a knife"

THIS is a Knife... And yes, it deserves the capital K. It is full-tang, well constructed, and ready to take on any challenge. It is HUGE- just shy of a short sword. There is a curve in the tang above the hilt for the forefinger- it exposes your finger to potential harm, but is perfect for controlling the center of gravity for the blade, giving a h**l of a lot of control. Drop the forefinger below the hilt, and you're protected by have slightly less control of the blade. My only complaint is the sheath. It is leather, but the stitching is already coming apart. Given the immense size of the blade, I wish the sheath strapped to the thigh, making the draw much smoother and easier. Also, the it is designed for us right-handed folks: lefties are gonna have to figure out a different way to draw the blade. You'll need to sharpen this sucker out of the box - for general use, I'd recommend a 25 degree angle - but if you lavish love and attention on this blade the same way I have, you'll have an incedible addition to your collection, and a terribly useful blade.

Great knife to have in the woods. I do not even have to swing it to have it cut through thick branches! Going to bring it with me when I go hunt some boars. Good strong knife for 20 bucks, great deal! Great to show to your friends or use for other purposes! Might have to get a couple more!

This knife is amazing. Its big as h**l, weighs a ton, and chop a log in one or two good swings (in my experience). My girlfriend actually got mad at me because I was talking about this knife so much. Now the rivets holding the belt loop to the sheath snaped off after jumping off some stuff wile wearing the knife, but q ith a few brass paper tacks and some sodder, its stronger then befor

Adding to the already outstanding number of high reviews of this product, it is just as it is advertised. A big d**n knife. Mick Dundee himself would be proud. Ordered one for my dad and uncle each and they were frightened by it's size. Very solid, even stood up to my skills on the bench grinder

Just received my "Timber Rattler" and I couldn't be more pleased. Sharp, clean, and extremely well made. This beats any deal you'd see on the TV from those knife shows. Just be careful unwrapping it, cause its sharp like a razor. Just have to think up a name for her. I'm anxiously awaiting for my next order to come. The "Fantasy Mystic Nights Sword". I already have a name for her so you zombies better tread lightly or I'll introduce you to "THE DE-NOGGINATOR"!

Received this knife on 7-25-13. Opened up a cardboard box to find a 16 1/2 inch beast. Weighs much more than you'd expect it to. Full tang blade and a beautifully crafted wooden handle. If you are looking for a huge knife for hard use or just to display, then this knife is for you.

I agree with the other reviews. This knife is so well made that on inspection you would swear it was far more expensive than it was. The blade is substantial, the metal to wood fit is excellent and the brass work is nothing short of beautiful. It is good, quality steel, tough to put an edge on, and will hold that edge. It's a great tool and I think would terrify an enemy if you pulled it in anger. No down side here.

The Timber Rattler Western Outlaw Bowie is a very good knife for 20$. it is has a long, yet thick, and wide blade, evening out the size. the knife is full tang, and pretty heavy. it came sharp even to shave. THE BLADE IS NOT MADE IN CHINA. The blade is made from surgical steel in Pakistan. the handle is strong and tight. You will not find a better deal.

Fellow knife enthusiasts, you cannot beat this massive bowie knife for only $20. This thing looks like the Outback Bowie, but it costs one tenth the price! I am very impressed with the overall quality of this blade. If you are a fan of the "Crocodile Dundee" movies, you'll love this knife.

Sweet blade. This is a very good Bowie. The quality of the steel is kinda ehhh. But you really can't expect to much more from a Pakistan blade. Over all though this blade has proven itself to be particularly badas$. I thought it was a bit cumbersome at first, but this is that kind of knife to be broken in. All in all though I think it's a fantastic; very versatile blade.

This bowie is by far one of the best out there, and for only $20???? You can't pass it up. I own 2 myself and I have purchased quite a few as gifts for friends and family. The only con to me would be the sheath. It isn't the greatest of quality, but hey, the bowie is worth 4x as much alone so can't complain. Most of the time they are razor sharp out of the box but one of them wasn't so sharp. It is easily sharpened and holds a sharp edge with lots of abuse. If you are looking for a functional full-tang bowie for a bargain, look no further. This beast is definitely worth the money.

I bought three of these beasts. I do mean Beast its heavy, sharp and huge. My Uncle and Father In-Law both love them just as much as I. This is a beautiful knife that will be pasted down to the son. the sheath is gorgeous and rugged. Its easily converted to a down the back carry, My father in law is short so the knife was way too big for a leg carry. I've began calling this the Crocodile Dundee Knife "That's Not a Knife, THIS is a Knife!!!" Buy it before its gone

Like most other purchasers, I thought I was prepared for the size and might of this wicked knife, but was ultimately taken aback by just how enormous the blade was after I removed it from its packaging. I actually called over my roommate when I saw how big the package was and said, "I want you to witness this. It's going to be nuts." Laughter soon ensued from the comically large size of the knife. Regardless, there were a few blemishes on the blade, but nothing a good ol' fashioned polishing won't get out. The blade came razor sharp, and I'm happy. It passed the paper-test (slices through it like a stick of warm butter) and was actually sharper than the Ka-Bar I used to open the packaging. Love the knife. I have no idea what its utility is, because it's so freaking huge, but I love the knife. Great purchase for $20.

I have spent alot of money on big bowies in the past years and finding this one i wondered how good it would be for 20$.I soon found that the toughness of this knife was way more than i exspected. This knife is better than knives costing over 100$!!! If you dont get this amazing knife you will be sorry for many years to come .over all it is a must have .I give it a 5 star just because there isn't anymore to give it!!!!!

I have a lot of knives, even some cheap quality ones which I then rebuild to strengthen them. After reading the reviews here I decided to get this and see what all the raves were about. When I received it the thing was a huge sharp thick piece of steel and extremely well made, if it were any bigger it could be a machete or a Roman sword! What makes this knife great is the fact that it's a full tang blade and a very thick piece of steel. I normally like rubber type handled knives but the way this fits the hand is amazing and has a great grip configuration. It's a bit heavy but the balance cancels that out. It also came extremely sharp. The quality of the sheath is one of the best I've come across, it's strong, very well made and should last a very long time. It also fits the knife perfectly. The thing I've noticed from owning and handling many knives is that most that are made in Pakistan are very well made and this one was made in Pakistan. They have a long history of making high quality swords and knives and it shows here. This would make the perfect survival knife and I believe could handle any situation. If I had to bug out, this would be the first knife I grab. Highly Recommended!

Extremely nice, inexpensive tool. Handy for camping, hunting, or any other wilderness activity. Don't buy a new sheath, just wrap the existing one with duct tape. Had my Rambo III and my Gerber BMF with me in Central America, Africa, and the Middle East (late '80s and early '90s). I have finally found, in the Timber Rattler, a knife that would have been worthy of joining them in my jump bag. NOTE:"Inexpensive" does not mean "cheap".

For the money, this is the best deal on a bowie that I know of. This knife is HEAVY, and built like a tank. Its one piece of almost quarter inch carbon stainless steel that comes up like a razor if you know what your doing. There are 3 big rivets on a 2 piece silver wood grip. If your into bowies, buy this one. Nice basket weave sheath too. You might need to re-enforce it, like I said, knife is HEAVY!!!

I've had this knife for about a year and a half now. I've only done one thing to the blade since buying it, and that was right when i got it, i sharpened it. My business specializes in cleaning, appraising and sharpening blades, hence the name Blade Maid Sword Services, and after the initial sharpening, it hasn't gone dull since. it slices cardboard as easily as it field-dresses deer. just like butter. the only complaint that i would have is that the two rivets that hold the belt strap to the sheath have started to weaken and are pulling through the leather sheath. so i will need to replace the sheath soon, as it is beyond repair. I'm going to chalk that one up to age however, so i'm still giving it 5 stars. Its a great knife that will last and one that i will use for many more years to come. My son will inherit this knife when i'm done with it (all though i don't see that happening any time soon. lol)

This knife is the best knife i've ever held. Just getting it out of the box i had tears of joy. It's about 5 pounds. Sharp, Heavy, Big...these words all describe the Manly knife! The only thing i had a question about was the handle in the picture is dark brown, my handle is a lightish grey blue. But it's still amazing!

I received this knife a couple weeks ago, and I must say I'm impressed. I wasn't expecting this kind of quality for the price I paid. Good fit and finish, acceptable sharpness (although you will probably want to touch it up yourself), and simply massive in size and weight. REALLY thick full tang blade. You won't forget this thing is in your hand. I liked it so much I ordered another and I'm considering more, just in case they stop making them.

I own a officially licensed Kukri 19" blade made in India by the company that makes them for the Indian Army. The Timber Rattler Bowie is as good a knife for cutting and chopping as the Kukri. It is well made and the price is great. I own 4 Timber Rattler Bowies and I gave my Brother 1. Even if you never need to use a knife like this, buy 1 or more for display and or gifts. This Bowie is sharp with a thick heavy blade. It looks good and the other Timber Rattler Bowies are just as great. Buy them all. Editor's Note: Thank you for your comments. I received the Outlaw Bowie yesterday and I am very impressed with the amount of steel in this blade at _ thick makes it the finest knife in my collection. This is what I thought Jim bowies knife must have looked like or at least felt like. I have bought other Bowie knifes over the years and this is without question the best yet. I would have been proud to have carried this in Viet Nam it feels like it could open up the side of a tank without any trouble at all. This would make an excellent combat knife for self defense. This is a MUST HAVE tool for anyone who is an outdoors type of person

I would like to say that this is the best , huge knife/machete that I have ever owned. I am a former Army Ranger, and I have owned and used some our Army's best weapons. I wish I had a knife like this one when I was in the jungles of Central America and Africa. An outstanding piece of work!!!!

SO far I'm very impressed by timber rattler. I've had this a few months, and I love it. It helped a lot in hiking, where I could use it to cleave through branches. It came with a great edge, and it has decent construction. It's a bit too big for some, but it's just my taste.

It is an amazing knife. i bought one last summer and it will stand up to any test you want to throw at it. the only problem i had with it is the sheath. the belt loop is massive, it slides around quite a bit. if i could make any changes i would say put in stronger rivets on the sheath and ad a cord or something you could use to strap it to your leg. but over all it is a good knife.

This is a great knife with great quality for the price. It should easily do everthing in the video. However, it says it is razor sharp...that is wrong! Mine came so dull I can run my thumb down the length of the blade with no harm to my finger. I.E. VERY dull. Still...it is a great buy.

Lets start with the good points; First of all, it is a very good looking and well built knife. The wood on the handle is beautiful and well finished. The polish on the knife blade and the brass hilt and pommel is supurb. This knife will take a lot of abuse, which I will probably put it through. The sheath is made with heavy leather, and has attractive basket weave design, which is nice, but unnecessary on a working knife! Now for the bad points; The smooth finish on the knife habdle is too smooth for a working knife. I will probably wrap it with foam tape or leather, making it easier to hang on to. I was a little disappointed that the pommel was not drilled for a leather thong or paracord loop that would possibly keep you from dropping the knife. This is a small annoyance, and one that I plan to remedy before I use the knife. Now, back to the sheath; I was more than a bit annoyed that the belt loop was a small piece of leather that looked like it was added as an afterthought. In my opinion, it should have been a part of the back of the sheath, at least as long as the knife handle, and flared out to a width of 4 inches at the belt loops.(I plan to remedy this shortcoming also) There should have been a rivet on the top edge of the sheath opening to keep from cutting the stitches out of tge sheath if you tried to pull the knife too fast, or caught it in a limb or something(This I also plan on fixing) All in all, it is a very good value for the money, but I am somewhat particular about my equipment.

when i got this knife today with some other stuff, i immediately noticed quite a bit of issues. theres a good sized chip in the blade not a single grind line is even from one side to the other, and assembly must have been done my a 3 year old...gaps and uneven handle bumps everywhere...but after all this im still happy with my purchase! its huge its solid it looks good from a distance, its pretty damn sharp and will deffinitly get the work i need it for done. and i gues timber rattler listened to complaints because this cant be the same sheath from the other reviews, leather is as thick as the blade and the rivets are the kind you would see on denim jeans..belt loop is still huge though.

I received this a couple of weeks ago. I am impressed by the size, weight, and sharpness of this knife. This is huge even by Bowie knife standards. I also had my initials engraved on it - Nice. I only gave 4 stars because I was disappointed in the sheath. It is quite thin. It is leather. But I feel that eventually the weight of this knife will cause this sheath to fail and fall apart. Get the knife but buy a better sheath!

impressive massive and sharp , only thing i would change is the location of the snap strap from the edge side of the blade to the blunt side, so i don't cut it with the blade while removing it from the sheath.

I bought this for my father a while back. Is it the best knife in the world? No, of course not, but it is a lot of steel for the price. It did surprise me when I got it. I liked the blade and so did my father. Do not expect it to be sharp, you will have to do your best to make the edge serviceable, but I would certainly buy it again, and I will if there is a BOGO on this!

Since I just received my Timber Rattler today, and have not put it to the test, I cannot attest as to how it will hold up with use (and I do plan to use it in the woods). However, I wanted to comment on this knife now, and I will pose another after I have used it. This knife is massive! The blade says Surgical Stainless Steel, from Pakistan. I was impressed, and it came sharp right from the box. It has a few small blemishes but that won't affect the way it performs. Heavy, and a full tang-the blade is a full 1/4" thick. $19.99 is a steal. If it does the job, I'll be ordering some more....presents for my outdoors friends.

After a weekend spent watching old Western's and Crocadile Dundee movies I decided I needed a bowie knife. A big bowie knife. This one is it. First impressions are very positive. It's big. The blade is pretty sharp and it looks to be very well made. The handle fits my hand. It is front heavy but that's to be expected with a blade this big and solidly made. It's almost a short sword. I'll be heading upstate this weekend and we'll see how it handles cutting dead branches off trees. Probably will do it well as the knife is so heavy that slashing seems a better option than other modes of operation. Will it hold its edge? Time will tell.

This knife is very good for the price, it's relatively sharp, pretty good sheath, and looks very nice. But the blade is haphazardly ground which made my blade edge roll over when i was chopping, but it was nothing i couldn't fix with my grinder. the handles start to pop off so you'll have to hammer it back on every now and again. The sheath is great except when you order this get some steel or brass rivets off of amazon because the cheap plastic rivets that hold the belt loop on the sheath are junk. bottom line the knife has potential to be outstanding, it just needs some work to make it that way. I wouldn't bet my life on it in my bug out bag or anything, but for hiking, backpacking, hunting, combat, camping, or as a collectors knife you don't have to do a thing just oil it up and put it in a case and your good to go.

Well made and looks great. It took a little work but you can shave with this thing now. This knife is a great bargain. I have already recommended this knife to one of my friends. I gave it a good rating because excellent implies perfect and even my Randal isn't perfect.

This knife is definitely an intimidating piece of steel. The blade is heavy and thick and the geometry takes a wicked edge. I had a friend say, "A knife this big shouldn't be this sharp. It's just not right!" Though a downside to the blade is the steel choice. TR65 Surgical is one that I cannot find any information on and from what I've found in its use, it is a very malleable steel. The edge of my blade (edge only) is bent from chopping. Though it can be expected from suck a low cost blade and the sheer amount of metal being purchased. The sheath is also of a much higher quality than I had expected. All in all, I would definitely recommend this to anyone on a budget looking for a bad@$$ knife. Cheers!

I really like the knife but with Pakistani steel and a leather sheath these will be corrosion issues, I am a stickler for clean toys so I have to let you know. I had to bring out the Flitz and do some polishing to get the blade looking like I want it to. Keep it out of the leather and it is a great knife for the price. This knife should come in a nylon case and no SS polish would be necessary. I still love this Bowie,

Fantastic for the price! Huge, Razor Sharp out of box. Machining is not perfect, some rough edges and gouges and handle is not blue... it is a faded blackish gray which I like. You can't help but smile when you pull this monster out of the box, it is the biggest bowie I have ever seen though i know there is bigger. Many water bottles and milk jugs have already fallen at the feet of the Outlaw Bowie!

An incredible companion piece for my tomahawk fighting system. Its really given me pause and made me take another look at the role of the Bowie knife in frontier combat - honestly, it seems to occupy the vacant space of the short sword of older times.

I'm a 1SG US Army Retired, I purchased this knife thinking that my western Bowie which has served me well for over 20 years, should be retired, so I tried this Knife, I took it with me into the wild (Boundary waters canoe area wilderness northern Minnesota) after about 8 to 10 good chops into a piece of dead pine I noticed that the blade has bent back. the knife looks good, but its not a usable blade. I guess you get what you pay for. the Western Bowie is back.

I have been seeing this for months in the magazine and it looks amazing. When it arrived it came with a sheath that is poorly made and fits even worse. The knife itself is a disaster. Horrible scratches and machine errors all over the blade appearing so bad it looks used and abused and to top off the "stainless" blade it was covered in rust out of the box. Arrived looking as though someone beat the h**l out of it and left it in the rain for weeks and then returned it and they shipped it to me.
