"Its an awesome set up. My only complaint is the catch that holds the blade in doesn't keep it in firmly so it jiggles around & slides out if held upside down & jiggled a little bit. But the blade its well balances sharp & well worth the money."
"This sword strongly resembles Jacks sword (raiden) in metal gear 4, which is pretty sick. And for the price this sword is such a steal!"
"All in all this is quite a nice sword. the only problems with it are the nylon cord wrapped handle comes a little loose when you swing it so you have to kinda keep an eye on it when you swing, and the straps to hold the sheath on your back is harder to do than it appears. other than that its GREAT!"
"This sword is fantastic! Although it is dirt cheap, it is sharp right out of the box (and can easily become insanely razor sharp in a few minutes with a sharpener). The cord wrap is not that bad and seems like it will stay on and that is all anyone needs to have fun with a sword. Overall, it is amazing, fully functional, and won't let you down."
"This sword seems to be a 100% clone of the United version, as well as various other versions and incarnations that have been kicking around for years. I used to own one of the United ninja swords superficially identical to this one, and I can find no difference in quality between them except the sheath for this sword is a bit better than the old models (it has a dent to keep the sword from falling out if jostled or held upside down) and the handle wrapping is far superior to my old blade. That said, the handle wrapping is only adequate (as opposed to my old United which was simply unusable) and if you plan to use your sword heavily you might want to re-wrap it with paracord, maybe with some wooden shims underneath. Construction wise this sword is excellent, being made of a single machine-cut piece of stainless steel that is quite durable. The factory edge angle is a little conservative, and if you have access to a "zip" sharpener or any skill with diamond stones you can bevel it back to 35 degrees"
"All in all, its good. It needs to be sharper and the nylon cord that act as the grip, well to be blunt, sucks. They producers of this weapon need to pick a different fabric or something to act as a grip. Because of the crappy grip it makes it hard to hold and swing without getting worried that it's going to fly out of your hands. I recommend it, but be sure that you can get a good grip or find some gloves to wear when using it!"
"My order came in a reasonable time, and the sword itself seems pretty sturdy, (though, not very sharp) however after assembling the straps in the hip orientation, walking around for 5 minutes, the scabbard's strap loop rips out of the plastic, leaving that section of the scabbard useless. While you can't expect much for the price, I will more than likely have to make my own scabbard for it to be usable."
"This sword is thick great tanto tip the sheaths is good comes light sharp not razor sharp I had to rebevel the cutting edge to make it a razor sharp and the sword is bented overall its a good purchase."
"This sword is Amazing, just one catch the blade is bent! CONS: loosely rapped handle, and bent! PROS: sharp, sturdy, and thick. The sword arrived bent slightly in sheath, also bending the sheath. This more or less compromised the sheath, (it doesn't hold in place and will fall out). Love the sword, but think I got a defect, bummer."
