Balanced to perfection and ready to sail through the air with ease! This three-piece set is constructed from anodized AUS-6 stainless steel with black nylon-wrapped grips and open hole pommels. Includes a durable nylon sheath to hold all three throwers. Each thrower measures 9" overall.
These are nice kunai, they have a large ring at the end to fit every finger and the blade itself is larger then most kunai I've bought which is great. They stick 90% of the time. I'm really impressed. Cord comes off but every kunai I've owned does that. It can be fixed with a lighter. These are worth the money
Razor sharp, kind of thin blade, but good quality and fast delivery. Although I do with the cord would stay on these, but its no big deal.
Good knives, little light and thin. Cord came off no biggie. All around good thrower, juss got them in today, started throwing with me son. He took to these and loves them. Fast shipping a week like all ways. Keep it up. Love the videos
Bought a bunch of these on a bogo for practice and they hold up quite well except for the cord wrapped handles. That cord tends to fall off after a couple of throws. I used a lighter to melt the cord to handle to resolve this issue. Other than that I loves throwing knives.
I am fairly knew at throwing knives, but with some help I got really good at throwing these particular knives. I really did enjoy them would highly recommend getting these ones for sure
Pro1 - Easy to throw, and sticks well. Pro2 - Good size. Pro3 - Good for the price. Con1 - Does not have alot of weight to it. (Use to throwing heavier knives) Con2 - String on handle is cheap, and doesn't stay on. (Took mine off, and used electical tape instead. Works great) Con2 - Tips bend fairly easily. Con3 - The pouch is pourly made. The part you hook to your belt, fell apart very quickly. Over all, these throwers are good for beginners.
I loved these knives the minute i got them! They were really ease to learn how to throw them and they are very pointy. Overall, I love these knives and will probably get another set. The only thing I had a problem with was that the nylon grip on the handle came off really fast, but I just taped it with black tape and it helped... and it put a nice sleek look to it.
The best throwing knifes you can buy for the price. Super Sharp & ready to go right out of the box. I will get more because its so much fun. Its hard to miss with the perfect balance. Ninja Cool.
I bought these long ago with no review or comment so to my demise when they came in my mail and turned out good I was amazed. These throwers are really nice the cord comes off if you throw them together but apart the cord lasts. Also yes they're light but still really good even with a dull edge. P.S. yes its not very sharp but it does have a good point and that's what you want in a thrower.
I have been into throwing knives for about a half a year now and often patrol around multiple web sites looking for good deals. I must say this is the best deal. 9" kunai for $10 is unbeatable. The knives themselves are wonderful. All of the wrappings on the kunai fall off wherever you go. But my only complaint is that the blade was so dull it still has paint on the edge. This is no big deal though because throwing knives are NOT supposed to be sharp, I'd just like the look better if it was shiny on the edge. P.S. Amazingly fast shipping.
I like these knives. The holes fit my fingers and I can tie a tassel through them as well. I usually throw kunai no-spin, but these are well balanced and I can throw them with a spin too.
These knives are awesome. I would highly recommend them to avid throwers. They are sharp tipped right out of the box. Ive thrown them over a thousand times since i have received them. The only issue i had was the nylon came undone on all of them after about 50 throws. They are still an awesome product. If you are a first time thrower these would be an awesome set to start with.
SOOO HAPPY with my purchase. i bought these sunday and got them n wendsday. they are smaller then i thought but who cares. the sheath that comes with it is perfect. it goes on your belt loop. first time buying from here and i well with out a doubt keep buying from here
These knives are awesome.<br />Very small, but a great deal.<br />I loved the case, though it was not shown.<br />The case has a loop sort thing on the back.<br />If you are a girl like me and wish to carry it concealed,<br />You can put it into your bra, haha, worked for me.<br />5 out of 5.
These kunai are really cool, awesome throwers and despite being slitly thin in comparison to other kunai the metal is good and strong, the nylon string came off fast as mentioned in the description but it's nothing a little hot glue couldn't fix. A 5/5 purchase recommend to anyone, and for 8 bucks you can't beat it.
I got these today. They are AWESOME!!!! They stuck in my tree no problem. I highly recommend this throwing knife set. Thank you BUDK.
Durable little knives absolutely love them have 6 sets of them! Don't plan on the handle wraps staying on replaced mine with leather shoe laces and some loctite :) Amazing buy!
Great little item, good value for the price. As long as I avoid the cat and any nails or rocks outside I look forward to a long time playing with these nice throwers. ( And they got here inside of a week! ) Video review on youtube.
These are wonderful little Kunai although my only issue with them is that the cord comes off the handles far to easy. However these are some of the best little Kunai I have ever seen.
i just got them and there well balanced the nylon may come off in the future but they would still work just fine.good throwing knifes very pointy.
a lot smaller than i expected but kool blades none the less. good balance and sharp but the cord on the handles comes off but is easy to fix. i like em
My first kunai, they had a decent weight to them and the grip felt great, came a little dull but besides that great throwing kunai.
Nice knives good for thrusting. nice and pointy. I wish other people would realize they are not for throwing so they stop messing them up.
These came in a great little sheath, seemed pretty high quality. I see others have said the wrap came off or wasn't on tightly. Did not have a problem with that, it was nice and tight on mine. Only the point is sharp, although there is an illusory edge that seems sharp along the sides. Works alright for throwing, not for slashing. For the price, excellent buy.
i love this kunai knife its a good knife and the price is no match for the fun you have with this kunai knife 1000 out of 1000
as well as the past fewpeps.....i mthought these were going to bebigger thanwhat they were.....ohwell....still awesome......reminds me of my first kunai though.......
Okay so I did buy these thinking they were going to be bigger, but as the discription did say they are only 6 1/2" long and maybe about 1/2" wide. Also to trueswords.com aside any place you buy a knives with a nylon cord, it will eventually fall off. No big whoop if you love your knives you can fix them the way you want. This is generally a great knife perfect for your first kunai
Very nice knives. Great for throwing. They last quite a while without any real loss of quality. My one complaint, and it's a minor one, is that "CHINA" and "STAINLESS" are stamped into the steel, deep.
Ive had these for about a year, i lost all three and found them again and then lost another again. they are pretty easy to throw i added a tail on one and it makes it alot easier to throw, if you get it just take the grip off it will come off anyway and serves NO purpose. pros & cons Pros: 1. light and easy to throw 2. good shape 3. good center of balance 4. sharp tip 5. easy to conceal Cons 1. hard to find after a throw 2. tip bind if thrown to hard 3. its really springy i mean if you throw it hard it will bounce off the tree(this skill comes in handy when playing dodge ball ^^)
These came to me in five days, best things ever for the price. very well balanced and sharp at the point. I was getting them to stick almost every throw after about 15 minutes so they work. Only problem is the cord comes off easily, but I knew this beforehand from other reviews and i threw on a little cement glue and bam, problem solved. A little on the small size so don't plan on using them as a knife, ( handle is about 3/5 length of my hand including ring) but makes a great push blade.
These are great for short range throwing. They are too light weight to be thrown very far, for me anyway. The cord wrapped on the handle comes off very easily (annoying). Overall these are cool knives for a good price. I will probably buy another set at some point.
awesome kunai..........look really badass. I dont know why people keep saying they are smaller than they thought they would be, i think they are the perfect size. sharp.
These All came pointier(sharper) and had a tighter wrap than the single counter part. They also didn't have a brand mark on them (other than a sticker reading CHINA). Totally worth the price!
I'm gonna make this short. good enough to fill your kunai needs. As far as length, they are about from the tip of my middle finger to my wrist. The wrapping is crappy, I removed as soon as I got them. The sheath rocks the boat. LOVE YA TRUESWORDS!!!
These are great for the price, they are a little smaller than I expected but they are really awesome!!! The raping does tend to get in the way but I keep it on any ways because it looks cool. This is a great buy!!!
They literally arrived minutes ago, and all I can say is WOW. three razor sharp knives with an awesome sheath. will write more when I have tried the product.
these knives are great! if you know to throw them, they nreally will aork well. <br /><br />ive thrown them half an inch into solid oak from about 12 feet away. ive also had them for several months now and they have yet to dull. <br /><br />personally i didnt like the wrap much, its slides around; so i took it off. all in all these were a great buy and i have ordered some more. be careful you dont lose them when you are throwing them around!
Really good knives,when i threw them they diden't stick very well...but I wasen't good with throwing knives.<br /><br /><br />kudos true swords.
Theses are the best knives I had purchased and I really like how they are already sharp and nice I would recommend buying this if you are a true anime fan theses are one of the items that is the best to buy
These blades are incredible on arrival. They are too small to weild as an actual dagger-like weapon. These are definitely for throwing purposes ONLY. Stick with the 10 inchers for wielding purposes! Don't get me wrong though, amazing quality for a good price. True Swords all the way!
Like the other reviews said smaller than i thought only, about <br />6 1/2" overall, but I cant complain about it for the price they are a really nice set. And the tip is nice and sharp
A great set of kunai daggers. Sharp, strong, and light. The sheath is functional and cool. The only thing about it is the wrapping on the handles. Just take it off with ease and use them raw or use some hockey tape. That's right, hockey tape. It works great.
well same as other buyer, smaller than I thought. However, even though it's smaller than expected, it is easier to conceal from opposing enemies and still friggin awesome. <br /><br />Sharp and sleek, just the way I like 'em. I can tell the nylon wrapping will fall soon, but nothing I can't take care of. <br /><br />Trueswords..your items are amazing!!!!
smaller than i thought but they are sharp and decent for throwing. one of my only problems, along with everyone else, is that the handle unwraps easily. otherwise, great buy.
Very high quality for $10. Nicely balanced, they look and feel great, and the sheath is very nicely done as well.
i have to agree, one of the wraps on it came apart the first day i got it. but don't let that get you dow, they're so cheao (price wise not tacky wise) three of 'em plus a sheath! great deal, infact, so great i bought two!!!! they are sooo balanced that if you lay the part where it says "china" on it (don't worry, you can barley (is it barley or barly?(that was weird, i just put parentheses in parentheses (can that be done?!!!! ) ) see it). i don't really know how to throw a kunai (internet here i come!) but i found that if you place the point in the middle of your knukle of your index finger, or on the skin in between your index finger and thumb, or anywhere between those two places of your hand, and only let it do a 90 degree turn, from about 10 feet away, youre good. wow that was a long and redundent sentence. well, if you're really bored then here's some more info, i got these on my actual birthday. so, ya... go throw them now!
Great knives! except for the part where the gripping came off within about 3 throws of each knife. The sides are not sharp like you would think they should be but the point definitely is. Overall is a great buy as long as you can find a balanced reliable grip to replace the one they give you.
Great knives! I am a beginner and they are extremely easy to learn with, whether it's classic spin throwing or no spin. I use the thorn style no spin throwing and so long as my technique is good, they stick. The only problem I have with them and the reason they didn't get a perfect 5 is that I ordered two sets of these at the same time. 4 of them were great, but two of them were significantly thinner than the rest and the tips kept bending and eventually broke. But it was obviously a manufacture error and I am in the process of getting them replaced. Regardless they are amazing!
good value for the price. not sharp, but sharpen up well. the steel is very hard. so it should hold an edge
knives are light and measure 9".. Typically knives being used for outdoor throwing should b 10" or greater. however When thrown with care and with precision in mind these knives will hold up well for hundreds of throws, and for the price are quite worth it. I am a very skilled thrower and although they are inexpensive, i enjoy this set thoroughly, and I would reccomend them highly to beginners as starter knives or for those throwing indoors.
I'd never bought throwing knives before, so I figured since they were cheap and got decent reviews then I'd get them. They are lots of fun. A little practice and I was sticking them. The nylon came off after a few throws, so I just took them off. It wasn't uncomfortable to hold them without it on, though, so it wasn't some huge loss to have to take them off. Overall, pretty good. I might have to order some more throwers.
I recently purchased this set. They are very fun. I've been having a blast with them. The only thing was that the nylon on the handle came undone from one of them after a few hours of throwing. Other then that I am super happy with what I got for the price!
Nice throwers, still a bit dainty at 9 inches length. Great for indoors, dartboard, etc.
sharp, light and easy to throw. however the cord came off every one either on first throw or just out of box. not really a big deal though.
They're great kunai but a ot smaller than I expected. It,s GREAT if you're a fan, like myself. But they aren't as sharp as I thought. The nylon wrapping sometimes gets loose, so i recomend just taking it off, but other than that they're great blades.
These kunai are awesome! I got them a couple of hours ago along with the ColdSteel True Flight Thrower, and the kunai are awesome! Thinner than expected but still good. One complaint is that the wrapping came off of one when I threw it, but that was an easy fix. It's a good throwing knife! 4/5!
Like everyone says, these are rather small. However they come in a nifty sheath, and the wrappings on mine were actually rather tight. Throwing them takes a bit of practice, but that's to be expected. Cool knives.
Overall their good. Solid make, and work well for close slashing. If you're new to kunai I don't recommend these. They are slender and good for those who know what they're actually doing, noobs to knife throwing might wanna get the bigger fashioned ones.
Only good for throwing unless you have small hands, these kunai are rather small and the cord wrapping comes off fairly easily. They are pretty sharp, though, and come with a nice sheath.
these are good kunai but they are better for push and trowing knives than most kunai. it came with a blunt sharpen but that was easy to fix. the only thing i had a problem with is that the rings are small. other than that there great.
I just got these today, i love the look and feel. Thought they would be a little bigger but w/e. Over all very balanced from what ive seen, but tis true, cord comes off very fast. Actually works a little better for me without the cord, throwing wise.
Generally good knives. As has been reported before, the cord comes off within an hour, but that doesn't make the knives any less attractive. they're totally blunt, except for the point-which is exceptionally pointy-but I imagine you could sharpen them, should you choose to. Overall, these knives have some flaws, but for the price, they are an extremely good deal.
good pices of metal and good consturction needs a bit of sharpening but a good point i would recomend it to most people but it is a little smaller that i expected.
MUCH smaller than I thought, but hey, I guess that adds to the element of STEALTH! They are also much sharper than I thought which is also good. I haven't actually thrown them yet but I will be momentarily. This is definitely a great deal and a good first buy from True Swords
they're a little thin to technically be called kunai in my opinion, and as others have stated the wrapping falls off almost immediately. however they make good throwing knives. they have good balance and are quite sturdy, with a sharp point (although i have yet to put them through rough use). all in all, more than worth the price.
same as everyone else: smaller than i thought, nylon came off, but whatever they're awesome and really fun to play with i dont treat them 2 ruff though cuz im afraid of breaking a tip<br />other than that they're great definitely a good buy
The blade needed to be sharpened but after that it works well if you practice ( I’m only good up to 15 yards) but I’m still practicing. All in all it’s a good knife.
only complaint is the nylon wrappings came undone verry fast but other then that i am impressed. acurate throwing, good weight and fun as hell to play with. first and definatly not the last purchase from trueswords.<br /><br />-rumzie
these were smaller than i thought but they are welll balanced. only problem i had was how poorly wrapped the handles were... but over all there good.
Balanced well enough and they stick pretty decent. The cord will last a handful of throws before needing to be pulled off but that's typical.
they are balanced and easy to throw but you might as well remove the cord handle as soon as you get them because they don't last but a few throws
Not a bad knife set for the price. Bought them so my 9 year old daughter could start learning how to throw. The length of the knife is perfect for her. She was disappointed when the cords came off two of the three knives rather quickly after she started throwing. However, she does continue to throw them and enjoys them still to this day.
Having watched various movies where the Kunai was tossed about I decided I would try the set. I was semi disappointed at the heft of the knife. I find that the heavier the better for me. The cord wrapping came off on one knife from the impact of the first throw (it stuck). It didn't fit my hand well and I gave them to the wife who seemed excited for the same reason I bought them. Her throwing style is better suited for them than me. Once the cord comes off, the knife seems ok but not as impressive as I'd hoped.
Great price for this set. Great for show. Sharp points right out the box. I gave them a three star rating because two of the tips bent after 3 throws. they are nice to add to your collection but not for consistent throwing.
The balance is decent. Unfortunately, they are extremely thin. You have to be fairly gentle with these. The metal is thin to start, so having the blade full hollow ground doesn't leave a lot of metal. Still, it was the lowest cost I was able to find on kunai style throwers that are actually big enough to hold.
The ones I got were pretty dull. They needed to be cleaned off as well. Other than that, they look pretty nice.
Great buy altho i had the same problem with the nylon rap but i used electric tape and fixed it right up these kunai are awesome for throwing... again...great buy
No problem with the feel, weight or size of the knives. I got what I expected. What surprised me was that they had NO edge. They are so dull my wife calls them my "throwing spoons". Ordered lots of stuff from BudK & plan on ordering more, just not impressed with this product.
They broke on the second day cheap thin metal the string on the handle fell off on the second day I’m completely mad about this
Response: Waylynn we do sincerely apologize for this, please contact our customer service department by email: [email protected] or by phone: 1-800-630-2835 so we can get this fixed for you.
not even worth Thinking as throwers. steel is so bad will not sharpen easy and will not hold an edge. calling these throwing knifes is a farce. At one time they may have been good but not now,
