This thing is a modern version of the oss/soe lapel dagger carried and used during world war 2, its light weight, easily concealed when stitched into a coat, I've carried mine in the rough part of town along with a ventilator pen for self defense and it Grant's you a peace of mind, I moded mine by shortening the handle to just three holes and fed a piece of paracord through it to loop around my thumb, if you are guessing as to buy it or not, just do it, it may save your life someday.
