Awesome Self Defense Tool
"I bought this product 2 years ago. From the very first time I used it, I was impressed. This thing is indestructible. The cane is heavier than traditional wooden canes, but that makes it good for conditioning purposes and also adds more "punch" to your strikes. I love the point of the beak. Very devastating in defensive use. However, the one negative about this cane is the size of the hook. It is too narrow. Should have an inside diameter of 5.5" to 6" to allow for twirls without the sharp beak "raking" my wrist and arms. Would I recommend this cane... ABSOLUTELY! In fact, I just purchased 2 more as backups."

"The Night Watchman cane is strong and solid, albeit a bit weighty. I took an inch off the length, and cut the crook point to the outside and slightly blunt because I prefer using hooking techniques and drawing less blood. It is a quality walking aid, and an impressive defensive tool."

"As with all of their products this cane is tough and built to last, bought it for my elderly mother in law whose dog destroyed the last wood cane I made her, This thing is tough just to test i took my knife over to bottom to be cut off and after several slashes and saw attempts the marks I made where barely 1 mm deep. Tough as hell and a nice weight that isn't too heavy or too light."

"Solid heavy cane feels great when walking. Concerns horn is angled inward and pokes your wrist with any figure eight keep away moves. Crook is to narrow for intended purpose which is to trap limbs or neck. I was able to modify the horn with a hack saw so it is acceptable for more traditional self defence forms. I'm giving this a solid 4 stars after my modifications. Great materials, contact me for a improved design for more serious fighting cane at the same cost."

"I love this cane. I'm kind of a big guy and needed a heavy duty cane to support my fat ass. I had to cut 2 sections off the bottom ,that took all of 2 mins. Put the bottom back on and it's perfect. Seems VERY durable for all my weight or a full swing at a would be attacker. I recommend this 100%."
